Meet Nu (Senior artist). He has been tattooing since 2012 but has always had a passion for the art industry. An exceptional tattooist who has an eye for every style there is; fine line, realism, Japanese and horror to name a few. Most importantly Nu specialises in Polynesian and Taa Moko; which he has won awards for. Nu tells us his wife told him to start tattooing and with her encouragement he grew to love it and discover his talent. You will see Nu put his creative eye to use and free hand draw some original pieces.

Meet Kam, they’re not your average groovy goth; they’ve got an incredible talent. When they pick up that tattoo machine, they create a visual masterpiece from everything dark, dead, and scary, along with flora and fauna. They’ve been tattooing for three years, and on their days off, when they aren’t creating forever art on your skin, they’re piercing bodies.

Jack has had an obsession for drawing among other incredible talents… He was in a band and also has his own clothing line! Jack loves to immerse himself in trad and neo-trad styles, along with dark art and neoclassicism.

Megan (Senior artist) is your girl for everything wild, wonderful and colourful. She has you covered if your after all the Tim Burton / Horror themes to anything floral. She’s been a big part of the tattoo industry for the last 15 years. Meg caters for vegans! She uses only cruelty-free and vegan friendly products!

Masa! A true workhorse, Masa is all about focus, creativity, and precision. With her headphones on, she quietly crafts stunning masterpieces, earning her the nickname “the silent assassin.” (I may have just made that nickname up but I think it’s going to stick)
Masa specialises in blending geometric designs with realism, but her talent spans across many styles. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her riding her motorbike, making her even cooler!

With four years of tattooing experience, Antonia has built a reputation for her skill, creativity, and attention to detail—earning a loyal and trusting clientele along the way. Her work speaks for itself, and we’re beyond excited to have her as part of the Studio 278 team!
When she’s not tattooing, you’ll probably find her watching horror or true crime (the scarier, the better!). She’s also a potato enthusiast—whether it’s fries, mash, or a classic potato bake, she’s all in.
Tattoo-wise, Antonia specialises in black and grey wash and colour realism, but she’s eager to explore more neo-traditional work as well!

Originally from Canada, Gab brings her warm and friendly energy to Studio 278—just as kind and sweet as you’d expect! She’s joined our team about eight months into her apprenticeship, and her progress has been nothing short of impressive. Her dedication and talent shine through in every piece she creates!
When she’s not tattooing, Gab is probably rewatching Trainspotting or The NeverEnding Story and indulging in her go-to comfort foods—tacos or sushi
Her favourite tattoo style is neo-traditional with rich, deep colours, but she’s excited to push her skills further, diving into more neo-traditional, portraits, and even blackwork!
